So here we are episode 5 in Brad's adventures, you do need to have read the other 4 episodes before this one however, in order to gain the full force of the storyline as it was intended, and to appreciate the whole mystery surrounding Brad and his encounters.This time we visit Provence, and I say we quite simply because we were there with Brad, that is how Lou Watton makes you feel with his writing that is both intricate and detailed. I could smell the Lavender and taste the wine, I walked along those streets and dined with them at those restaurants, but perhaps I better stop there because, when the storyline heats up, it almost felt as if I was there too and that is most dangerous for my heart a second time around!
Now Mike meets Brad, sparks fly, instant lust that start to turn into more, for Mike certainly but maybe for Brad too, but Mike certainly is more aware of Brad's game than perhaps his other encounters have been but despite that, he is still drawn to this mysterious stranger, but is Brad feeling more this time too?
Or is yet another game......
Oh Mr Lou Watton, I'm not sure what to say this time around, the writing flawless as I've come to expect but beyond that, it's erotica for the mind, it stimulates, it heightens each sense beyond anything else and it leaves you completely sated and a little breathless.

Someone can finally see Brad’s game for what it is. Yet can he resist Brad’s charm and play the game without romantic attachment? Not an easy task to accomplish when it all happens in a beautiful French countryside with its lavender fields, old mills and vineyards. Mike is falling for Brad little by little, his mind fighting his gut feeling. Is there hope for two of them or it was just a mirage? You’ll have to find out for yourself.
The Provencal Trilogy is perhaps my favourite episode in the series. With a magic touch of Lou Watton’s light and conversational prose I was immediately transported to Provence. I was the lavender shrub witnessing the passionate love between Brad and Mike, I was the wine they drank while figuring out each other. It felt like I went on a holiday myself. Marvellous accomplishment from the author, I’m looking forward to reading the next chapter.
